What's New:

Islands Fest 2008 a huge success:  Atlas provided free flights for more than 150 kids (and some parents).  We also hosted a well-reviewed aircraft static display made up entirely of our tenants; thank you!  Photo Gallery.

Wayne Childers upgrades:  Long-time mechanic Wayne Childers attended classes and passed his FAA Authorized Inspector certification.  Congratulations!

Merritt Island adds flight school:  Our first aircraft has arrived at Merritt Island, and is ready for flight instruction and rental.  More to come!

Tampa becomes a Cessna Service Center:  You can now get all your Cessna single engine warranty work performed by our expert maintenance staff, led by Director of Maintenance Steve Lee.

Atlas adds a Piper Archer to its fleet in Tampa:  Come fly N32426; it's the same airframe as the Warrior, but with 180 horsepower and a Garmin avionics package.

Atlas grows FBO network to two:  Atlas took over FBO services at Merritt Island Airport (KCOI) on May 1, 2006.  Watch website for more details.  *View Press Release*

Atlas to host AOPA Expo 2009:  After a great experience in 2005, AOPA has announced they'll come back to Tampa for 2009.  The Static Display will once again be hosted by Atlas at Peter O. Knight Airport...we can't wait!

Atlas gets new AWOS:  Peter O. Knight airport is now equipped with an AWOS for your convenience.   Access is 118.925, available now!

Atlas hosts AOPA Expo 2005:  Atlas Aviation is proud to have been chosen by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) to host the 2005 Expo from November 3-5.  Peter O. Knight was home to 100 of the latest aircraft!  As the closest airport to the Tampa Convention Center, Peter O. Knight was the natural choice for easy access to all of the events!  We shut down Runway 17-35 and used acres of smooth grass to make sure there was plenty of room for transient aircraft parking.
